That’s right…tell me it’s not a miracle. On Dec 15, we will take possession of this ugly thing pictured below. Here’s the real miracle…we’re getting it for about 35% or so of what houses of the same size are selling for in the neighborhood. Sure, it needs a lot of work, but it’s mostly cosmetic issues that can be fixed inexpensively with some elbow grease. You can check out the
